Part-time / Interim Management Services 

Organisations typically choose interim managers either to fill roles that are temporary or to fill critical staffing gaps when a permanent employee cannot be found fast enough.  

 

 An interim manager may be described as "an all-in-one project manager, consultant, and senior executive working at or near board level." You might need a variation on this theme and we are keen to canvass a flexible solution to suit.

Project Services 

Project managers ensure that a project is completed on time and within budget, that the project's objectives are met and that everyone involved is doing their job properly.

Projects are usually separate to usual day-to-day business activities and require a group of people to work together to achieve a set of specific objectives. Engaging ExecPartners to manage your project(s) provides a dedicated and expert resource to ensure you maximise your internal and business resources.

At ExecPartners we thrive on working globally and with a multitude of experienced team members that will assist you in any location.

 

We are happy to travel, and experienced with video conferencing and working with cloud-based IT solutions. Key components are: good communication skills, high emotional intelligence, an ability to work independently, and the resilience to recover from the difficulties that inevitably arise
